The hotel offers spacious rooms that are surprisingly well isolated from the street traffic, but they appear tired and over-priced. The service quality varies, with excellent suggestions but encountering rude staff at times. The location is the hotel's main selling point, providing easy access to the city and close suburbs. The dining experience falls short of expectations, offering only breakfast. However, the traditional Irish pancakes are a highlight. Facilities are basic overall.
Waking up with birds singing outside the window was a magical experience, but the room was small and had a bad smell. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable with no noise disturbances throughout the stay. The hotel offers value for money with a large room despite the bathroom door issue.
The hotel's location was ideal for what we needed to do, close to the gardens with easy access to tram services. The service was exceptional with a helpful staff that went the extra mile. The dining experience was limited but served the purpose, while the rooms, although clean, needed updating. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
